Third Way Center offers truth and hope to high risk, disadvantaged, and often homeless adolescents and their families with complex mental health issues, working towards trauma resolution and therefore becoming productive members of society.

Titan Construction also contributed a significant amount of sitework, grading, excavation, and concrete through in-kind donations.
Work Performed:
This full demolition and remodel transformed the existing building into a co-ed home offering intensive, round-the-clock therapeutic care for youth facing more severe emotional and behavioral challenges. It will serve those on the more acute end of our continuum of care, within the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility licensing category.
Due to the extensive reconstruction, a significant amount of site work, including grading, excavation, and concrete, was also needed, and the result was a beautiful streetscape and usable outdoor space for the residents to enjoy, including a basketball court.
