Work Performed:
This project includes the full renovation of 27 townhomes, revitalizing each space to provide safe and dignified housing for families on their path to self-sufficiency. The scope of work ranges from full gut demolitions and rebuilds of kitchens and sunrooms to lighter upgrades such as new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and bathroom finishes—ensuring every home feels refreshed, functional, and welcoming.
