Builders for Babies Diaper Request Application
This application is for charitable organizations that are interested in making a request to be a recipient of diapers through our Builders for Babies diaper drive.

Requirements
❖ Submit application to Chasity Peterson by the COB on March 27, 2026.
❖ 1-2 representatives from your organization must be present at the event.
❖ Must have access to a box truck / U-Haul Truck and have the capacity to store the donations.
❖ Maximum of 2 vehicles for pick up.
❖ Box dimensions: 23.5” x 12.875” x 12.2”
❖ Pallet dimensions: 40x48” Height 96”
❖ Donations received from HomeAid must not be sold for a profit.
