Builder Partners:
Shea Homes, Fiore & Sons & Waner Construction are serving as the builder captains for the initial site development, the multi-purpose ‘club house’, and two initial apartment buildings.
Work Performed:
Located on the historic 38-acre Schweiger Ranch in Lone Tree, Tall Tales Ranch will feature a 4-acre inclusive community designed to provide housing and opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The community will include four eight-plex homes accommodating 32 residents, a community event barn available for public gatherings and serving as the home of Tall Tales Ranch Coffee Company, and a multi-purpose clubhouse designed for connection, shared meals, classes, and educational programs.
