HomeAid Colorado is seeking Builder Captains to help lead the construction of these 24 new homes and bring the project from plans to reality.
Significant planning and expertise have already been donated, including extensive architectural work by KGA Studio Architects, with additional support from Anchor Engineering, Land Title, THK Associates, and Harris Kocher Smith.

HomeAid Colorado is partnering with BeyondHome to construct 24 new transitional housing units in Arvada, expanding the organization’s ability to provide safe, stable housing for families working toward self-sufficiency.
Located on a 2.12-acre site at 7955 Allison Way, the new development will include a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes designed to accommodate families of varying sizes. HomeAid will work alongside our homebuilding industry partners to secure in-kind donations of labor, materials, and services, helping reduce construction costs and maximize the resources available for the project.
Once complete, the development will provide 24 families with service-enriched housing, giving them a stable place to call home while they work toward greater financial independence and long-term stability. Construction is anticipated to be completed by Spring 2028.
