These facilities for temporarily homeless families are run by Colorado Homeless Families in Arvada. The project was built by Standard Pacific Homes and Extreme Makeover Home Edition. Village III has been housing families since January 2005.

Urban Peak
The Place is a licensed 20-bed transitional housing facility for homeless and runaway youth in Colorado Springs. The project was completed in Nov. 2004 by Christofferson Commercial Builders.

Hope Haven
Located in Grand Junction, Hope Have was completed in July 2004 by building manager Just Companies. The Grand Junction Commission for the Homeless uses the facility to house pregnant teens.

These are facilities for temporarily homeless families run by Colorado Homeless Families in Arvada. The Builder Captain was Beazer Homes. Village II has been housing families since January 2004.

Partners Corner
Partners Corner in Colorado Springs houses temporarily homeless families. The project was built by Builder Captain Robert-Scott Enterprises (now called Infinity General) and completed in Sept. 2003. The facility is operated by Partners in Housing.

This property temporarily houses homeless families and is run by Colorado Homeless Families in Arvada. The project was run by Village Homes. Village I has been serving families since Feb. 2003.

The Monarch Home in Longmont is a home for at-risk youth. Monarch Home was as completed in July 2002 by Builder Captain McStain Enterprises.

The Discovery Home in Denver was completed in Feb. 2001 for Denver Children’s Home by Engle Homes. The facility serves emotionally distressed youth.
